INGREDIENTS :
- 50 grams of basmati rice
- 80 grams of calamari
- 80 grams of clams with the shell, which will be about 40 grams
- 40 grams of prawns
- 50 grams of cubed red and green peppers
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 0.9 grams of black pepper
- 10 grams of crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon tomato
- 1 little chopped parsley
- 1 envelope of ground saffron 0.4
PREPARATION:
- Start by putting half the garlic and oil in a pan and add the squid, clams and shrimp tails and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook it very slowly and with a lid so that it is made in its juice.
- Put the other half of the garlic and oil in a pan and let it cook a little. Now add the red and green pepper cubes and let them cook well.
- Add the 50 grams of basmati rice and a little water. When you see that it is half done, add the salt, parsley and pepper.
- Complete the recipe with the saffron and the teaspoon of tomato so that it takes on color and finally add a little leftover seafood broth.
- About three minutes from doing, add all the seafood.
