INGREDIENTS :


  • 50 grams of basmati rice
  • 80 grams of calamari
  • 80 grams of clams with the shell, which will be about 40 grams
  • 40 grams of prawns
  • 50 grams of cubed red and green peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 0.9 grams of black pepper
  • 10 grams of crushed garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon tomato
  • 1 little chopped parsley
  • 1 envelope of ground saffron 0.4


PREPARATION:

  1. Start by putting half the garlic and oil in a pan and add the squid, clams and shrimp tails and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook it very slowly and with a lid so that it is made in its juice.
  3. Put the other half of the garlic and oil in a pan and let it cook a little. Now add the red and green pepper cubes and let them cook well.
  4. Add the 50 grams of basmati rice and a little water. When you see that it is half done, add the salt, parsley and pepper.
  5. Complete the recipe with the saffron and the teaspoon of tomato so that it takes on color and finally add a little leftover seafood broth.
  6. About three minutes from doing, add all the seafood.
  7. Let rest a bit.
