Adelgaza con Marisa
INGREDIENTS :
- 30 grams of oats
- 150cl of milk
- A teaspoon of chia
- 5 flakes of spelled
- 4 dried cranberries
- 3 blackberries
- 5 half walnuts
- 10 grams of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon ground almond
PREPARATION:
- Place the 150 centiliters of milk in a bowl and add the chia so that it hydrates. Let rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Then you can add the oats and place the other ingredients.
- Sprinkle it with ground almonds to finish.
It is a complete and spectacular breakfast!
