INGREDIENTS :


  • 30 grams of oats
  • 150cl of milk
  • A teaspoon of chia
  • 5 flakes of spelled
  • 4 dried cranberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • 5 half walnuts
  • 10 grams of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground almond


PREPARATION:


  1. Place the 150 centiliters of milk in a bowl and add the chia so that it hydrates. Let rest for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Then you can add the oats and place the other ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle it with ground almonds to finish.


It is a complete and spectacular breakfast!
