Buckwheat cake

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 Greek yogurt
  2. 2 cups (yogurt measure) of whole buckwheat flour
  3. 1/2 glass of coconut oil
  4. 4 eggs because they were small
  5. 10 dried cranberries
  6. 1 packet of yeast
  7. A few drops of vanilla essence
  8. A very ripe banana
  9. A teaspoon of xylitol or erythitrol
  10. a handful of peanuts
  11. Cocoa powder to taste


Prepare a mold greased with coconut oil and sprinkle flour so that the cake does not stick

ELABORATION:


  1. First mix the eggs with the yogurt and the blueberries, the banana and the other ingredients,
  2. Now put half of the dough in another bowl and add a spoonful of cocoa to the one that remains in the blender glass.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured mold and pour the mixture as follows: a little of the vanilla and banana dough and another little of the chocolate and so on until you use up both. A bit of one, a bit of the other.
  4. Peeled Peanut Cover
  5. Put the Airfryer at 160° 40 min
