Meat skewer with peas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120 gr of peas
  • 120 gr of lean pork
  • 1/8 green bell pepper
  • 1/8 red bell pepper
  • 3 colored cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of good oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • oregano to taste

ELABORATION:

  1. Make a sauce in the blender glass with the oil, garlic, oregano and add a little water. it beats
  2. Put the peas in a frying pan with a little bit of this sauce and saute them for a few minutes. Let there be a little sauce
  3. Cut the lean pork into squares and season with salt and pepper
  4. It is put on a well placed oven tray.
  5. Cut the green and red peppers and season with salt and pepper as well. It is placed is the same baking dish.
  6. Put some seasoned cherry tomatoes
  7. Add the oil sauce with garlic that we had reserved
  8. Oven at 180° for 20 minutes and enjoy the delicacy!
