Ingredients:
Elaboration:
- 3 zucchini open lengthwise or Luna zucchini (in this case)
- 250g of minced meat (chicken, turkey, pork, beef or mixed)
- 100g long, basmati or brown rice cooked
- 1 minced garlic and 1 chopped onion
- Salt, pepper a pinch of cumin and tarragon.
- Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika.
Elaboration:
- Make incisions along and across the zucchini.
- Paint with oil.
- Bake upside down at 220 °, 30 minutes.
- While in a frying pan, chop and fry the garlic and onion. Add minced meat and spices.
- Season.
- slow fire 10 minutes.
- Add the zucchini pulp and the cooked rice.
- Fill the courgettes and 10 minutes at 220*. Serve with yogurt sauce on top.
- If you don't have meat, stuffed with ratatouille and rice.
YOGURT SAUCE:
mix 1 natural yogurt, juice of half a lemon and salt (with some spices such as basil or chives, it is better)
