INGREDIENTS:
ELABORATION:
It's totally improvised and it's to die for!
- 200 grams of packed pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of anise grain (spice)
- Himalayan salt to taste
ELABORATION:
- In a frying pan add the oil and the pumpkin together with the aniseed, the salt, the water and let it cook. If you run out of water and see that it is not done, add a little more.
- Go tasting salt and anise grain, to your liking.
- Take the pumpkin out and leave a little broth to make the hake as cooked in the same broth.
- In a ring I have placed the pumpkin first and then the shredded hake.
