Stewed meat with potato cream

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1/2 glass of vegetable broth
  • 100 grams of crushed tomato
  • 150 grams of pork loin
  • 1 carrot : 1 units
  • 50 grams of peas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oat flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 200 grams of boxed potato cream 99% potato

ELABORATION:

  1. Cut the meat in dice mode, salt and pepper and pass through oatmeal impregnating well.
  2. Heat in a casserole with extra virgin olive oil, and mark the meat, when it is golden brown, remove and reserve.
  3. In the same pot over low heat, fry the chopped garlic and the sliced carrot and the chopped onion.
  4. When the onion is poached, add the meat, spices, stir and add the broth. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes, until it reduces.
  5. Add the crushed tomato and the amount of water or broth necessary to cover the meat, let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  6. Check every 10-15 minutes that it doesn't stick. If the water evaporates you can add more water or hot broth.
  7. Add the peas
  8. Make the potato cream as it says on the box and add salt and parsley
  9. Place to taste!!!
