- 1/2 glass of vegetable broth
- 100 grams of crushed tomato
- 150 grams of pork loin
- 1 carrot : 1 units
- 50 grams of peas
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oat flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 200 grams of boxed potato cream 99% potato
ELABORATION:
- Cut the meat in dice mode, salt and pepper and pass through oatmeal impregnating well.
- Heat in a casserole with extra virgin olive oil, and mark the meat, when it is golden brown, remove and reserve.
- In the same pot over low heat, fry the chopped garlic and the sliced carrot and the chopped onion.
- When the onion is poached, add the meat, spices, stir and add the broth. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes, until it reduces.
- Add the crushed tomato and the amount of water or broth necessary to cover the meat, let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- Check every 10-15 minutes that it doesn't stick. If the water evaporates you can add more water or hot broth.
- Add the peas
- Make the potato cream as it says on the box and add salt and parsley
- Place to taste!!!
