Kinder Bueno Ice Cream Chupa Chups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 gr of Greek yogurt
  • powdered stevia leaves
  • 150 gr of toasted hazelnuts
  • 15 grams of vanilla
  • 90 gr of whole milk powder

ELABORATION:

  • In a good food processor, grind the hazelnuts, along with the powdered milk and vanilla, the texture has to be completely liquid.
  • In a bowl, add the yogurt together with the stevia (amount depending on the degree of sweetness you want to give it).
  • Fill your favorite ice cream molds in equal parts and take them to the freezer for at least 2 hours.
