INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gr of Greek yogurt
- powdered stevia leaves
- 150 gr of toasted hazelnuts
- 15 grams of vanilla
- 90 gr of whole milk powder
ELABORATION:
- In a good food processor, grind the hazelnuts, along with the powdered milk and vanilla, the texture has to be completely liquid.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt together with the stevia (amount depending on the degree of sweetness you want to give it).
- Fill your favorite ice cream molds in equal parts and take them to the freezer for at least 2 hours.
