puff pastry stars

INGREDIENTS

• puff pastry
• Powdered Cheese
• Red fruit, blueberry jam or whatever you prefer

ELABORATION

1. Extend a puff pastry dough and cut as many units as you can with a star-shaped mold to make the most of it.
2. Sprinkle some cheese and bake at 180° until the stars are golden.
3. Serve them with an assortment of jams such as berries, blueberries or figs.
