Pizza Style Pumpkin Heart

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 grams of clean pumpkin
  • 20 grams of roasted peppers
  • 1 natural tomato
  • 20 grams of Grana Padano cheese flakes
  • 30 grams of Mozarella cheese
  • 2 slices of cured ham
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • A teaspoon of black pepper
  • dill to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

ELABORATION:

  1. Put the pumpkin with a little oil in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W power for about five minutes. Or until it is soft enough to be able to crush it.
  2. Once crushed, add the oatmeal and the two beaten eggs. Remove with the mixer, that everything is integrated. Add salt and pepper to the dough.
  3. Now put it in the oven or air fryer at 180° for about 15 minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven and put the tomato, the roasted peppers, the two slices of ham and the mozzarella cheese on top. Season to your liking and put it back in the oven. Another 8 minutes at 180°.
  5. Then add the Parmesan cheese flakes.

It's something different. It has an exquisite flavor!
