INGREDIENTS: (2 people)
- 2 small potatoes
- 4 artichokes
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 360 gr. rib
- 200 ml. vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- 4 mint leaves
- pepper to taste
ELABORATION:
- Make a sauce with the peppers, onion and garlic
- When the sauce is done, place it in the pressure cooker with the ribs, potatoes and artichokes.
- Season with salt, pepper and minced mint
- Pour in the 200 ml of vegetable broth or water
- Cover the pot and put on the fire
- When the valve has risen, leave it for 5 minutes, turn it off and let it finish cooking with the residual heat
- If the rib is very fat and lean, it will not be finished. If so, 10 minutes in the air fryer at 180° and return to the pot
