Pumpkin cream with piquillo peppers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 grams of pumpkin
  • 200ml of water
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 piquillo pepper
  • 20 grams of skinless goat cheese
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Macerated garlic in oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A little milk if it is too thick
  • 10 grams of seed mix

ELABORATION:

  1. Put the pumpkin, carrot and onion into small pieces. Add the spices and salt and pepper.
  2. Put everything in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes with a little water.
  3. Mash it well together with the skinless goat cheese and the piquillo peppers. If it is thick add a little milk.
  4. Serve with a line of seed mix and for dinner with a turkey skewer.
