Tomato and salmon breakfast

INGREDIENTS:
  • 40 grams of whole rye bread
  • 2 slices of natural tomato
  • 1 slice of smoked salmon with dill
  • 1 banana
  • 2 raspberries
  • 2 sprigs of chives
  • 1 coffee pot
  • 1 little milk
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 1 touch of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

ELABORATION:

  1. Always keep in the fridge for occasions, macerating some tomato slices seasoned with garlic, oregano, pepper and salt
  2. Put the slice of bread in a toaster for 2 minutes.
  3. Top with the two seasoned tomato slices, followed by the slice of smoked salmon, folded almost in half lengthwise and made into a little round, curled around a finger.
  4. Cut the banana into slices and place according to the image and put the two strips of chives in a branch mode.
  5. Put a raspberry in each flower
  6. Make yourself a coffee in an espresso machine. Add a drop of milk.

And enjoy an exquisite breakfast!
