Dorada in airfryer

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 sea bream fillet
  • 1/4 sweet onion
  • 1/2 natural tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sprigs of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

ELABORATION:

  1. In an Airfryer tray, put the tomato and onion bed seasoned with salt, garlic, pepper, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. On top, place the sea bream fillet seasoned in the same way as the tomato.
  3. Put the tray in the AirFryer for 20 minutes at 170°. Go look from time to time. Each air fryer is a world.
  4. Remove from the fryer, place on a plate and sprinkle dried parsley on top.
