INGREDIENTS:
ELABORATION:
A delicacy!
- 1/2 sea bream fillet
- 1/4 sweet onion
- 1/2 natural tomato
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sprigs of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
ELABORATION:
- In an Airfryer tray, put the tomato and onion bed seasoned with salt, garlic, pepper, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- On top, place the sea bream fillet seasoned in the same way as the tomato.
- Put the tray in the AirFryer for 20 minutes at 170°. Go look from time to time. Each air fryer is a world.
- Remove from the fryer, place on a plate and sprinkle dried parsley on top.
