Broccoli salad with prawns

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 grams of broccoli
  • 1 natural tomato
  • 1 pickle in vinaigrette
  • 4 grilled prawns
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder

ELABORATION:

  1. Steam the broccoli. In a casserole, bring water to a boil and in a suitable basket for the casserole and that does not touch the water. Let it cook for about ten minutes.
  2. Another way would be in its own juice in the microwave for about 4 minutes and seasoned with pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste.
  3. Then cut a tomato into half moons.
  4. The gherkin in very small pieces
  5. Grilled prawns in a pan and with lemon.
