- 200 grams of cabbage
- 50 grams of gherkin and carrot in vinaigrette
- 6 dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 9 prawns
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 lemon
- pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
- Make coleslaw spaghetti with a large, sharp knife.
- In a frying pan, sauté a little crushed garlic with parsley and when it is golden, add the salted and peppered cabbage spaghetti.
- Add a little broth or water and finish cooking. Put a lid on the pan. They are done before.
- When they are done, take them out and reserve until they cool down.
- In the same frying pan add a bit of oil with garlic and parsley and add the seasoned prawns. About 8 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
- We put the cold cabbage on a stoneware tray and add the raw oil, vinegar and salt. A spoonful of gherkin and carrot in vinaigrette.
- Add the blueberries previously soaked in water.
- Put the prawns on top and present
