Coleslaw with prawns

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 grams of cabbage
  • 50 grams of gherkin and carrot in vinaigrette
  • 6 dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 9 prawns
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Make coleslaw spaghetti with a large, sharp knife.
  2. In a frying pan, sauté a little crushed garlic with parsley and when it is golden, add the salted and peppered cabbage spaghetti.
  3. Add a little broth or water and finish cooking. Put a lid on the pan. They are done before.
  4. When they are done, take them out and reserve until they cool down.
  5. In the same frying pan add a bit of oil with garlic and parsley and add the seasoned prawns. About 8 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
  6. We put the cold cabbage on a stoneware tray and add the raw oil, vinegar and salt. A spoonful of gherkin and carrot in vinaigrette.
  7. Add the blueberries previously soaked in water.
  8. Put the prawns on top and present
