INGREDIENTS:
- 40 grams of wholemeal macaroni
- 1 natural tomato
- 1 can of natural tuna
- 1 gherkins : 1 large
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley : to taste
- balsamic sherry vinegar to garnish
Elaboration :
- The macaroni is cooked according to the manufacturer's instructions on each package.
- They drain and are allowed to cool.
- Place the tomatoes in a salad bowl or plate and season with lemon, oil, garlic and salt.
- Put the well-drained tuna on top.
- Cut the gherkin into slices laterally and place as desired.
- Sprinkle a little lemon, garlic, oil, parsley and a little balsamic vinegar on top again to garnish
