Tuna macaroni salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40 grams of wholemeal macaroni
  • 1 natural tomato
  • 1 can of natural tuna
  • 1 gherkins : 1 large
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley : to taste
  • balsamic sherry vinegar to garnish


Elaboration :


  1. The macaroni is cooked according to the manufacturer's instructions on each package.
  2. They drain and are allowed to cool.
  3. Place the tomatoes in a salad bowl or plate and season with lemon, oil, garlic and salt.
  4. Put the well-drained tuna on top.
  5. Cut the gherkin into slices laterally and place as desired.
  6. Sprinkle a little lemon, garlic, oil, parsley and a little balsamic vinegar on top again to garnish
