Blue cheese spinach with sunflower seeds

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 grams of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of good oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste (but very little)
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 120 gr of blue cheese
  • 10 gr of sunflower seeds

ELABORATION:

  1. Put the crushed garlic in a pan in a bit of oil and sauté the spinach a little. They are given a few turns until they drop in volume.
  2. Once done, add salt and pepper.
  3. (salt very little because later the cheese is very strong)
  4. Put the blue cheese in a container and microwave it. When it is broken, it is removed
  5. And all that remains is to plate.
  6. A round hoop is placed on a plate. Pour the melted cheese on top and the sunflower seeds and that's it. Rich, simple and divine
