INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gr of cooked chickpeas
- 6 broccoli saplings
- 50 gr of diced ham
- 250g of minced beef
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams of mixed green and red pepper
- 300 ml of vegetable broth or water
- 1 tablespoon of good oil
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
PREPARATION:
- A sauce of the two garlic is made with a teaspoon of good oil.
- Put the meat in the pot and let it cook. Season to taste.
- Cut the green and red peppers and mix with the sauce (stir from time to time).
- Add the ham cubes and lastly the already cooked gravanzos and the broccoli.
- Add about 300 ml of water or vegetable broth and close the pot. It is put for 10 minutes at 180° and the result is brutal.
