Wholegrain ham and tomato fajitas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 natural tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of gouda cheese
  • 10 grams of grated gouda cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 brush in pan
  • 1 whole wheat fajita
  • 1 crushed garlic clove

ELABORATION:

  1. Pin 4 tomato slices, seasoned and with the crushed garlic, in a frying pan brushed with oil.
  2. Beat an egg, salt and pepper a little and pour it on top of the tomato.
  3. Put the slice of gouda cheese on top, split in two but on one side only.
  4. Fill the gaps that remain with the grated cheese (only that half)
  5. Put the whole wheat fajita on top. Let it cool down a bit with a lid.
  6. Now turn it over on a plate fajita side down.
  7. Now you can fold it as seen in the photo.
  8. Cut it in half diagonally and then place.

It is incredibly exquisite!
