INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 redfish fillets
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • dill to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste


ELABORATION:


  1. Put the mushrooms seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt and brushed with a little oil on a tray, in the oven or in a fryer.
  2. Followed by the two redfish fillets with a teaspoon of oil and seasoned and with very small dill
  3. Place in the oven and program at 160° for 20 minutes


The liquids of the fish are mixed with those of the mushrooms and it is a real luxury for the most exquisite palate!
