INGREDIENTS:
- 2 redfish fillets
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- dill to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
ELABORATION:
- Put the mushrooms seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt and brushed with a little oil on a tray, in the oven or in a fryer.
- Followed by the two redfish fillets with a teaspoon of oil and seasoned and with very small dill
- Place in the oven and program at 160° for 20 minutes
The liquids of the fish are mixed with those of the mushrooms and it is a real luxury for the most exquisite palate!
