Oriental-style chickpeas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 30 grams of carrot
  • 30 grams of eggplant
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ra's el hanoud
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of homemade tomato

ELABORATION:

  1. In a little oil put the carrot and the eggplant made squares with the cumin powder
  2. After poaching for 5 minutes, add the tomato and spices.
  3. Garlic can be added either grated or crushed.
  4. Put the lettuce in little pieces.
  5. Let the tomato reduce and gain flavor
  6. Add the cooked chickpeas and stir and mix for a few minutes.
