Chickpeas with beef

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 pot of cooked chickpeas
  • 150 grams of minced beef
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 250 cl of vegetable broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 little bit of salt
  • 1/2 lemon (so that the avocado does not darken)
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

PREPARATION:

  1. In a little good oil add the garlic to sauté. When it is golden, put the minced meat and give it a few turns. Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
  2. Now add the well drained chickpeas and mix them with the meat. Add vegetable broth or water and rectify salt and oil.
  3. In about five minutes you have them done.
  4. Cut the avocado in half and sprinkle with half a squeezed lemon and cut it into small pieces.
  5. A pinch of pepper on top to finish.
