Enjoy this delicacy!
- 1/2 pot of cooked chickpeas
- 150 grams of minced beef
- 1/2 avocado
- 250 cl of vegetable broth or water
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 little bit of salt
- 1/2 lemon (so that the avocado does not darken)
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
PREPARATION:
- In a little good oil add the garlic to sauté. When it is golden, put the minced meat and give it a few turns. Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
- Now add the well drained chickpeas and mix them with the meat. Add vegetable broth or water and rectify salt and oil.
- In about five minutes you have them done.
- Cut the avocado in half and sprinkle with half a squeezed lemon and cut it into small pieces.
- A pinch of pepper on top to finish.
