INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sirloin
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 4 or 5 pistachios, chopped
- Mushroom sauce (we have it in the sauces section)
- Fresh chives 2 or 3 finely divided threads
- Salt to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- a bit of parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10cl of oil
- 4 pistachios
ELABORATION:
- The sirloin is seasoned with salt and pepper and brushed with oil and garlic. Let it macerate for a few hours, let it take on flavor.
- Put in an oven tray at 180° for 20 minutes. He turns around and 15 more minutes. Go looking.
- In another tray, put the mushrooms greased with oil, garlic and fresh chives. Program 180° 10 minutes.
- When everything is done, all that remains is to present it with a cheese sauce with beaten mushrooms or another sauce, chopped chives and four chopped pistachios.
