INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 sirloin
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 4 or 5 pistachios, chopped
  • Mushroom sauce (we have it in the sauces section)
  • Fresh chives 2 or 3 finely divided threads
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a bit of parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10cl of oil
  • 4 pistachios



ELABORATION:

  1. The sirloin is seasoned with salt and pepper and brushed with oil and garlic. Let it macerate for a few hours, let it take on flavor.
  2. Put in an oven tray at 180° for 20 minutes. He turns around and 15 more minutes. Go looking.
  3. In another tray, put the mushrooms greased with oil, garlic and fresh chives. Program 180° 10 minutes.
  4. When everything is done, all that remains is to present it with a cheese sauce with beaten mushrooms or another sauce, chopped chives and four chopped pistachios.
