Cheese jelly with forest fruits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 grams of protein yogurt
  • 250 grams of beaten cheese
  • 50 grams of forest fruits
  • 1 tablespoon of Erythitrol
  • 3 medium unflavored gelatin sheets

ELABORATION:

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets until they are hydrated
  2. Mix the whipped cheese, yogurt and erythritol. Mix with the mixer to undo the erythitrol well
  3. Drain the gelatin sheets and heat in the microwave so that it is completely liquid.
  4. Mix with the cheese mass and add the forest fruits.
  5. Being frozen immediately solidifies, so move a lot.
  6. Pour everything into a bowl or mold and leave until the next day
  7. To remove it, place it upside down in a stream of hot water.
