ELABORATION:
- Soak the gelatin sheets until they are hydrated
- Mix the whipped cheese, yogurt and erythritol. Mix with the mixer to undo the erythitrol well
- Drain the gelatin sheets and heat in the microwave so that it is completely liquid.
- Mix with the cheese mass and add the forest fruits.
- Being frozen immediately solidifies, so move a lot.
- Pour everything into a bowl or mold and leave until the next day
