Adelgaza con Marisa
INGREDIENTS:
ELABORATION:
- 1 kg of steamed mussels
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1 heaped teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of hot paprika
- Salt (optional)
ELABORATION:
- - Steam the mussels and remove the shells.
- - We let them rest in the cooking water until the next day so that they hydrate well.
- - In a saucepan put the oil
- - Add the sliced garlic and fry them - When they are golden add the peppercorns, the bay leaf and remove it from the heat.
- - I have not put salt on them because I already did it when steaming them, but if you like you can add a pinch.
- - Add the sweet and spicy paprika, give it a few turns and add the vinegar.
- - We mix everything well and add the mussels.
- - We let them rest for at least 24 hours before eating them.
- - They keep several days in the refrigerator
- As an accompaniment, zucchini spaghetti sauteed with a little garlic and that's it
