Cauliflower crumbs with salmon

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 kg of cauliflower crumbs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of oil.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 slice of fresh salmon
  • 1 sprig of dill

ELABORATION:

  1. Pour a little oil in a pan and fry the laminated garlic with a little salt.
  2. Remove them and in the same oil put the cauliflower crumbs with the paprika, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes with the pan covered.
  3. Put the salmon with salt, garlic, pepper and dill in the oven or fryer for 10 minutes at 160°. And then turn it around and another 10 minutes at 160 or 180 degrees. As you like toasted.
  4. Once everything is finished, it is plated and the laminated garlic that we had reserved is added.
