What a delicacy!
- 1/4 kg of cauliflower crumbs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of oil.
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 slice of fresh salmon
- 1 sprig of dill
ELABORATION:
- Pour a little oil in a pan and fry the laminated garlic with a little salt.
- Remove them and in the same oil put the cauliflower crumbs with the paprika, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes with the pan covered.
- Put the salmon with salt, garlic, pepper and dill in the oven or fryer for 10 minutes at 160°. And then turn it around and another 10 minutes at 160 or 180 degrees. As you like toasted.
- Once everything is finished, it is plated and the laminated garlic that we had reserved is added.
