INGREDIENTS:
- 6 mushrooms
- 3 prawn tails
- 1 clove garlic
- dried parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of oil
ELABORATION:
- Wash the mushrooms and put a little oil in a pan with crushed garlic.
- You let the mushrooms cook little by little and when they have evaporated their own broth add salt, pepper and parsley.
- You throw the peeled prawns in the same pan where you got the mushrooms and give it a few turns. Season and remove.
- Then mount to taste and sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top.
