Tomato montaditos with cheese

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 natural tomato
  • 1 slice of Gouda cheese
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • oregano to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Crispy onion to taste


ELABORATION:

  1. Put the tomato seasoned with salt and pepper on a baking tray. On top, mount a quarter of a slice of gouda cheese in each slice. Then the slice of chicken breast is placed.
  2. Add a little oil with the crushed garlic and more oregano
  3. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180° (keep watching because each oven is different)
  4. Take it out of the oven and place it on a tray with some lettuce leaves seasoned with lemon.
  5. It ends up decorating with a bit of crispy onion.
  6. An easy, fast and exquisite dish!
