Chicken thigh with dill

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 6 colored cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams of red peppers with onion confit
  • 1 teaspoon fine oats
  • 1 little chopped dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Brush the thigh with oil



ELABORATION:


  1. Prepare the thigh with a little salt and pepper and a little chopped dill. Oil is sprayed or brushed with it and very fine oat flakes are sprinkled.
  2. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180° and turn it over and continue for another 10 minutes at 180°
  3. It is used when you turn around to put the 6 seasoned cherry tomatoes as well.
  4. Once done, it is placed on a plate. It is garnished with a few sprigs of dill and accompanied by some peppers with onion confit.
