INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chicken thigh
- 6 colored cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams of red peppers with onion confit
- 1 teaspoon fine oats
- 1 little chopped dill
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Brush the thigh with oil
ELABORATION:
- Prepare the thigh with a little salt and pepper and a little chopped dill. Oil is sprayed or brushed with it and very fine oat flakes are sprinkled.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180° and turn it over and continue for another 10 minutes at 180°
- It is used when you turn around to put the 6 seasoned cherry tomatoes as well.
- Once done, it is placed on a plate. It is garnished with a few sprigs of dill and accompanied by some peppers with onion confit.
