Baked panaché with cheese and salmon trout with ham

INGREDIENTS

  • Mix of vegetables that come frozen (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot)
  • Goat cheese (the curly cheese)
  • Serrano ham
  • Salmon trout removed to the last bone.
  • Spices (garlic, parsley, pepper and salt)

ELABORATION

  • Place the vegetables on a baking tray and season with garlic, parsley, pepper and salt (very little). Put in the convection oven (air fryer) at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • In another tray put the seasoned trout in the same way and put the ham in the middle together with a little spray oil on both trays so that it does not stick.
  • Put both trays in at the same time
  • Take out the vegetable tray and pour the goat cheese on top of the vegetables and return to the oven.
  • 5 more minutes in the oven, we take out the trout, the vegetables and you have it, ready to eat.
