INGREDIENTS:
- 15 mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 7 prawns
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
ELABORATION:
- Put the oil, garlic and a little water in a blender bowl and beat until you have a sauce.
- Line up the mushrooms , the sliced tomatoes and the prawns on a baking tray .
- Season with salt and pepper and pour the garlic sauce on top, spreading it well.
- Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° (keep looking because all ovens are not the same)
- Cut the lemon in half and when it is ready to eat, squeeze it over the prawns.
- And ready . It is luxury!
