Grilled vegetables with seafood

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 7 prawns
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon


ELABORATION:

  1. Put the oil, garlic and a little water in a blender bowl and beat until you have a sauce.
  2. Line up the mushrooms , the sliced tomatoes and the prawns on a baking tray .
  3. Season with salt and pepper and pour the garlic sauce on top, spreading it well.
  4. Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° (keep looking because all ovens are not the same)
  5. Cut the lemon in half and when it is ready to eat, squeeze it over the prawns.
  6. And ready . It is luxury!
