- Eggs and whites: 2 whole and four whites
- Mozzarella cheese in balls: 8 units

ELABORATION:
- In the pot you put a flus of oil with the garlic, the spinach and close it with the lid of the pot in frying mode at 180 ° for 10 minutes
- Once this is done, you take it out and beat the eggs and whites and add salt and pepper to taste
- When you have them well beaten, add the spinach to the egg, the mozzarella balls and the can of tuna
- Now spread with a little oil a mold that fits in the fryer so that it does not stick
- After this, you put the dough in the mold and fill it with the spinach dough with mozzarella and tuna
- Once filled, we spread everything on top with another little oil (to make it crispy)
- Finally, we put the fryer in chicken mode for 30 minutes at 160º
