INGREDIENTS: 2 people

  • Spinach: 400 grams
  • Sheets of phyllo dough: 4 units
  • Eggs and whites: 2 whole and four whites
  • Mozzarella cheese in balls: 8 units
  • Oil
  • A garlic clove
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can of tuna


ELABORATION:

  1. In the pot you put a flus of oil with the garlic, the spinach and close it with the lid of the pot in frying mode at 180 ° for 10 minutes
  2. Once this is done, you take it out and beat the eggs and whites and add salt and pepper to taste
  3. When you have them well beaten, add the spinach to the egg, the mozzarella balls and the can of tuna
  4. Now spread with a little oil a mold that fits in the fryer so that it does not stick
  5. After this, you put the dough in the mold and fill it with the spinach dough with mozzarella and tuna
  6. Once filled, we spread everything on top with another little oil (to make it crispy)
  7. Finally, we put the fryer in chicken mode for 30 minutes at 160º
