- 200 gr of fresh spinach
- 2 eggs
- red and green bell peppers
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 80 grams of gorgonzolla cheese
- 200 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
ELABORATION:
- Sauté the pepper strips and mix the spinach until soft and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the pan from the heat and in a bowl beat the eggs, mix the milk and combine everything with the vegetables.
- Put all the dough in an oven dish brushed with olive oil, on top of the cut cherry tomatoes and the gorgonzola cheese.
- Bake at 190° about 20 min.
