Spinach Pie.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 gr of fresh spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • red and green bell peppers
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 80 grams of gorgonzolla cheese
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

ELABORATION:

  1. Sauté the pepper strips and mix the spinach until soft and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and in a bowl beat the eggs, mix the milk and combine everything with the vegetables.
  3. Put all the dough in an oven dish brushed with olive oil, on top of the cut cherry tomatoes and the gorgonzola cheese.
  4. Bake at 190° about 20 min.
