INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 grams of cabbage
  • 250 grams minced chicken meat
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • Basil to taste
  • 1 green pepper
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 70 grams of oatmeal
  • 50ml milk
  • Salt to taste
  • A teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the cabbage and cook it in the water, at
  2. that a level tablespoon will have been added
  3. of coarse salt. Then cool, drain,
  4. cut into strips, and reserve it.
  5. Sauté the onion and minced meat. Then add the peeled tomatoes, basil and bell pepper, all chopped, into the olive oil. Dissolve the flour in the milk, and add it to the frying just like the cabbage.
  6. Give it a few turns over the heat at a minimum for four minutes, remove and let it warm. Add the two beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything very well.
  7. Put in a baking dish, and return there the
  8. mix. Sprinkle grated cheese on top
  9. and place the preparation in the oven for approximately twenty minutes.
  10. Accompany with salads or alone
