Adelgaza con Marisa
INGREDIENTS:
- 0.600 grams of perch fillet
 - 0,300 colored cherry tomatoes
 - 3 garlic cloves
 - 1 teaspoon of oil
 - 2 sprigs of fresh dill
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
ELABORATION:
 
- In a glass put the 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of oil, 2 sprigs of dill, a little water and beat well.
 - Everything is placed on a baking tray. Season both the cherry tomatoes and the perch fillet.
 - Pour the whipped sauce over the products.
 - Bake for 20 minutes at 160°
