Perch with Cherry Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 0.600 grams of perch fillet
  • 0,300 colored cherry tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


ELABORATION:


  1. In a glass put the 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of oil, 2 sprigs of dill, a little water and beat well.
  2. Everything is placed on a baking tray. Season both the cherry tomatoes and the perch fillet.
  3. Pour the whipped sauce over the products.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 160°
