INGREDIENTS:
ELABORATION:
An exquisite meal!
- 5 piquillo peppers
- 60 grams of raw rice
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 100 grams of fresh cheese
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 40 grams of parmesan cheese in flakes
- A few lamb's lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 400 ml of fish broth
ELABORATION:
- In a pan put the olive oil and the onion and green peppers cut into small squares.
- Once sautéed add the garlic and rice with the fish broth or water. Let it cook for five minutes over high heat and then lower the temperature and 15 more minutes.
- While you can go making the sauce that we are going to incorporate into the rice.
- In a blender add the fresh cheese and the boiled egg along with the lemon juice and beat until well blended.
- If it is too thick or a small amount, add a little beaten cheese or yogurt.
- Season this last sauce the same as the rice. With pepper, oregano and salt to taste.
- When the rice is done, everything is mixed with the sauce and the piquillo peppers are filled.
- Now place in the shape of a starfish and sprinkle slices of Parmesan cheese.
- Put some lamb's lettuce leaves and a few drops of lemon.
