Peppers stuffed with meat

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tricolor peppers
  • 200 grams of minced beef
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oats
  • 250cl of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 30 grams of Grana Padano cheese in flakes

ELABORATION:

  1. Put the minced meat in a pan with oil, garlic, parsley and black pepper and let it cook well. Add a little oatmeal, mix with the meat and add a little milk to bind.
  2. On the other hand, open the tricolor peppers at the top and remove the seeds from inside.
  3. Put salt and pepper with a little oil and put in the fryer or oven for 10 minutes at 180°.
  4. Put the seasoned potatoes in the same way on another tray but at the same time as the peppers.
  5. When they are done , take them out and let them cool down a bit .
  6. Stuff the peppers with the minced meat and cover them with grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the peppers on the same tray as the potatoes and put them in the oven again, about 5 minutes at 200° so that it is gratin.
  8. Once gratin, add a few slices of Grana Padano Parmesan cheese that melts with the heat.
