It's a delicacy!
- 3 tricolor peppers
- 30 grams of oatmeal
- 200 grams of desalted cod
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- Powdered parsley to taste
- pepper to taste
- A few slices of Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
ELABORATION:
- Open the tricolor peppers, removing the top
- Season them inside and brush the outside with good olive oil and place them on a baking tray.
- Place the desalted cod on another tray with a little oil and crushed garlic and parsley.
- Both products are put in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes, controlling the power of each oven.
- When done, they are removed and the cod is prepared. It crumbles, removing any remains of thorns that may remain.
- Pour a little bit of broth, which has been left over, from the pepper tray into a frying pan with a brush of oil and followed by the 30 grams of flour. It moves well, that it integrates and there are no lumps.
- The milk is incorporated over a very slow heat, so that it is creamy.
- Next we add the cod and stir well.
- Then we stuff the peppers and add the cheese flakes and more parsley on top of the peppers.
