INGREDIENTS:
- 10 stalks of chard
- 1 egg and one white
- 7 grams of yeast (Royal Type)
- 100 grams of very reduced homemade tomato
- Top of 2 sliced natural red peppers
- 2 beef steaks cut into small pieces
- 50 grams of grated cheese to gratin
- 1 crushed garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- a teaspoon of oil
- a little bit of black pepper
ELABORATION:
- Cook the clean chard stalks seasoned with salt and pepper and leave them for a while to drain the water well
- Place the cooked chard stalks in the chosen round mold, making the shape of the base
- Put the dish in the oven to dry the chard base a little more and let the liquid evaporate. Take the tray out of the oven and pour the egg with the yeast well beaten on top of the leaves.
- Season with any spices you like (basil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder or raw)
- Bake 8 minutes at 180° or until the egg looks done.
- Once the pizza base is made, add the remaining ingredients
- Make the homemade fried tomato with very little oil and very reduced so that it is not very soupy.
- Pour the tomato on top of the base.
- Place the seasoned beef fillet pieces and the peppers on top of the tomato, well placed
- And finally the cheese, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and oregano and baked again. About 15 minutes at 170°
The pizza texture it had; could be held by hand. And the spectacular flavor!
