Veal rolls with vegetables

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 thin steak steaks
  • A brush of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper required amount
  • chopped fresh rosemary to taste
  • 2 wooden toothpicks
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/4 onion
  • 200 grams of mushrooms cut into thin strips

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the vegetables into julienne strips and roast them with a little bit of virgin olive oil in a frying pan, add salt and pepper. When they are roasted they are reserved.
  2. Very thin veal fillets seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary are made in the same pan. Take them out round and round (not allowed to be done much).
  3. Put the reserved vegetables in each fillet, roll them up and tie them with a toothpick to hold them better.
  4. The mushroom soup is made by putting a little oil in a pan with chopped onion and some salt and pepper mushrooms.
  5. When they are done, they go through the blender and the cream is already made.

Pour it over and eat!
