Puff pastry roses with apple

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 10 grams of ground almond
  • 6 muffin tins

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and cut the apple into equal and very thin slices. Put the apple slices in a fountain with water and lemon so that it does not darken.
  2. A rectangular puff pastry sheet is placed and divided into six equal strips. Each strip is smeared with egg yolk with a brush. And put it back in the fridge otherwise it will stick to your hands.
  3. Now drain the apple slices and put them in the microwave for about 5 minutes until they become more tamable so that you can fold them without complications.
  4. Mash a banana well
  5. Have the molds handy
  6. Get some strips out of the fridge and start putting a bit of banana and the apple stretched out in the middle and lengthwise, but mounted a little on top of each other. Fold the other half so that there is a thinner strip (lengthwise) mounted on the apple but not completely.
  7. Now roll up the strip and mold. You already have one .
  8. And so with all.
  9. Bake in the oven or fryer for 40 minutes at 170° in the bottom of the oven or fryer. You have to watch that the apple burns very easily on top.
  10. Once done, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with grated almonds, grated coconut, and 85% chocolate.

The flavor is spectacular and it looks amazing!
