INGREDIENTS:
ELABORATION:
- 150 grams of broccoli, carrot and cauliflower
- 4 prawns
- 1 small potato 60 grams
- 100 ml of fish broth
- 7 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 grams dill powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper to taste
ELABORATION:
- In a little good oil, fry the garlic with the chopped potato and the 4 prawns.
- When the latter are slightly golden, they are removed and reserved.
- Add the fish broth (or water) and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped carrot and let it cook for 5 minutes and then the broccoli and cauliflower together with the prawns and about three more minutes.
- Garnish with dill to taste
