INGREDIENTS:
- 10 toasts of fiber and sesame or Wasa bread
- 1 tub of Mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml light cream
- 3 tablespoons of erythritol
- 2 egg
- 1 small glass of milk
- Lemon zest
- A little butter to make the base and a few drops of sweetener
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- A bowl of berries and some strawberries and blackberries on the side.
Elaboration :
- The oven is turned on at 180 °
- Crush the bread, mix with the butter. It melts in the microwave to add less and to spread better with your fingers.
- While it is mixing, add a little sweetener (the one that is usually used). It is taken into account that the bread is bland and stretch well in the mold.
- Remove the cold cream and mount it. After mounting add a bit of sweetener. Go trying.
- Then the other ingredients are added and finally the whipped cream.
- It is poured over the bread base.
- It is put in the oven for about 40 minutes (to verify that it is cooked, click with a toothpick, needle or knife, and if it comes out clean, it is time to remove it from the oven.
- Let it cool down and then put it in the fridge for a few hours.
- The fruits of the forest are beaten
- Soak the 2 gelatin sheets for 10 minutes and dissolve without water, in the microwave and add to the thawed forest fruit smoothie. Because if they are very frozen, the gelatin will curdle very quickly and it will not spread well.
- When the jam is done, take the cake out of the fridge and spread it on top.
- Then it is decorated to taste
- Option: add a thread of dark chocolate and a bit of coconut. Three strawberries and two and a half blackberries cut in half
