Beef with soy and almonds

INGREDIENTS:

  • 800 g of diced clean beef
  • 100 g of Almonds
  • 1 red or green bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 small glass of cognac
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and black pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and cut the pepper into pieces.
  2. Sauté it in two tablespoons of oil, along with the garlic cloves, and the finely chopped onion for five minutes. Take out and reserve.
  3. Add the other two tablespoons of oil to the same pan, the pieces of meat and fry them for another five minutes, stirring.
  4. Add the pepper, cognac, soy sauce, almonds and a glass of water.
  5. Let it cook over low heat for 40-50 minutes (in a pressure cooker twelve minutes is worth it).
  6. Season to taste. Ready!!
