INGREDIENTS:
- 800 g of diced clean beef
- 100 g of Almonds
- 1 red or green bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 small glass of cognac
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and black pepper
PREPARATION:
- Wash and cut the pepper into pieces.
- Sauté it in two tablespoons of oil, along with the garlic cloves, and the finely chopped onion for five minutes. Take out and reserve.
- Add the other two tablespoons of oil to the same pan, the pieces of meat and fry them for another five minutes, stirring.
- Add the pepper, cognac, soy sauce, almonds and a glass of water.
- Let it cook over low heat for 40-50 minutes (in a pressure cooker twelve minutes is worth it).
- Season to taste. Ready!!
