Baked tomatoes with smoked salmon

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 natural tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 spinach leaves to garnish
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 strip of red pepper
  • 1 slice of smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese

ELABORATION:

  1. Cut the tomato in half and season with salt, pepper, oregano, a little oil, garlic and parsley and put it in the oven or fryer for 15 minutes at 160 degrees without preheating.
  2. Take them out and put the salmon, made into a curl in the center and sprinkled with grated cheese.
  3. Put back in the oven for 2 minutes at 200 degrees and that's it.

A delight for the eyes, the nose and the palate!
