ELABORATION:
A delight for the eyes, the nose and the palate!
- 1 natural tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 carrot
- 6 spinach leaves to garnish
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 strip of red pepper
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon grated cheese
ELABORATION:
- Cut the tomato in half and season with salt, pepper, oregano, a little oil, garlic and parsley and put it in the oven or fryer for 15 minutes at 160 degrees without preheating.
- Take them out and put the salmon, made into a curl in the center and sprinkled with grated cheese.
- Put back in the oven for 2 minutes at 200 degrees and that's it.
